Ryan Schwantes is the President of Baldwin Research Institute, Inc, the parent company of Freedom Model Retreats, and BRI Publishing and creators of The Freedom Model. He began his career in 2001 after moving to New York from Wisconsin. As President, Ryan Schwantes oversees all business aspects to ensure success carrying out the company's mission, which is to change the treatment industry to a solution that works.

Ryan Schwantes is skilled in Finance, IT Management, Business Development, Management Training, and Legal Management. In addition to the business operations, Ryan has a genuine passion in helping the guests who seek out the services at the Freedom Model Retreats Facilities. As someone who was in was in the same hopeless situation many guests feel themselves in, Ryan was able to move beyond addiction nearly 20 years ago and he has dedicated his life to helping others move beyond addiction as well.

Ryan Schwantes is an avid health and fitness enthusiast and has been involved in fitness since he was a young teenager. He has a wealth of knowledge in fitness, nutrition, training and dietary supplements. Ryan has helped several people achieve their health and fitness goals throughout the years and has a passion for heaping people live a happy and healthy life.

Ryan is known for his optimistic and positive outlook on life and his genuine belief that people can achieve anything if they want it bad enough. Above all else, he is the proud father of two boys and husband to his beautiful wife. Ryan resides in the Capital Region of New York with his family.
